Muslim Care has continued to support the care of Orphans and has recently been involved in providing financial assistance to the help the Orphans of Abidoon Tust Orphanage for boys and the orphans residing in NUR Orphanage (Roland Koch Children Trust) for Girls, both are based in Mombasa in Kenya.
In addition it has financially helped poor and needy students irrespective of their faith and religion through Masomo; A Welfare Foundation in Kenya.
Muslim Care has worked in supporting reverts at the Darul Irshad Revert Centre, in Nguluni Kenya. Muslim Care provided funds for the purchase of land in order to build a vocational training centre for courses in plumbing and electrician technicians, as well being involved in the “Fish Project” with the aim that the training centre achieves self – sufficiency and provides additional skills to the reverts.
In 2003, Muslim Care was again in Kenya, supporting a Kenyan NGO “Muslim Group for Development” for building A Multipurpose Training Centre for the betterment of needy and poor persons and to help them to learn Life Long Skills to earn their livelihood and live in dignity.
In 2007 Muslim Care begun supporting educational needs of poor and needy students through Masomo Foundation. These students cannot continue their educational journey due to poverty. Masomo Foundation is an organization working in Kenya helping poor students irrespective of their faith and religion.
